Who is She?
Hi – I’m Kelsey! ✌
I’m a multidisciplinary designer based in Hamilton, NZ, with a love for clean design, clever content, and making things actually work. My background spans web design, branding, UX, digital marketing, photography, and content creation—basically, everything from pixels to strategy.
I’ve worked with startups, agencies, and retail teams to build brands that not only look sharp but perform well too. No time-wasting, no overthinking—just smart, purposeful design that gets results, whether it’s refining a customer journey or launching a product.
Armed with a Visual Communication degree and a curious brain, I bring a blend of creativity, strategy, and just the right amount of chaos to every project.
E-Commerce, Brand Management & Marketing
International Foods – Hamilton, NZ
I joined International Foods NZ to help tidy up their online presence — and ended up transforming the entire customer experience. I rebuilt key areas of their Shopify site for better navigation, product clarity, and mobile usability. My UX changes contributed to a 39% lift in sales during my time there.
Beyond the website, I managed digital marketing, content creation, and all ecommerce operations — from uploading products and writing descriptions to designing campaigns, resolving customer issues, and physically fulfilling online orders myself. I also supported the retail side of the business, helping streamline systems and improve merchandising.
In short, I was a one-woman ecommerce department. I learned a ton, proved my impact, and left with a full toolkit of lessons in digital retail, logistics, and staying cool under pressure.
